Kevin_Zheng 446e6f2fa8 change os in command example to openstack(3)
In the current doc, the command examples are like
"os server create" but the acutal command should
be started with "openstack" instead of "os", it
is misleading to first time users.

network topology

A network topology shows a topological graph about devices which connect to the specific network. Also, it will return availability information for each individual device within the network as well. One other thing to note is that it is the intention for OSC to collect data from existing REST APIs
