Kevin_Zheng 446e6f2fa8 change os in command example to openstack(3)
In the current doc, the command examples are like
"os server create" but the acutal command should
be started with "openstack" instead of "os", it
is misleading to first time users.

Create new snapshot (Deprecated, please use volume snapshot create instead)

--name <name>

Name of the snapshot

--description <description>

Description of the snapshot

--force

Create a snapshot attached to an instance. Default is False

--property <key=value>

Set a property to this snapshot (repeat option to set multiple properties)

Volume version 2 only

Volume to snapshot (name or ID)
