Jeremy Freudberg 25043cbdf1 Add missing APIv2 features to client, OSC 
Now in the basic client:
- Boot from volume enhancements
- Update keypair

Now in OSC:
- Force delete cluster
- Update keypair
- Boot from volume enhancements
- Decommision specific node (only via --json)

Python bindings to the OpenStack Sahara API

Latest Version

This is a client for the OpenStack Sahara API. There's a Python API (the saharaclient module), and a command-line script (sahara). Each implements the OpenStack Sahara API. You can find documentation for both Python bindings and CLI in Docs.

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the developer guide.
