zhouyunfeng 4109161740 Replace logging with oslo_log. 
The oslo.log (logging) configuration library provides standardized
configuration for all openstack projects. It also provides custom
formatters, handlers and support for context specific logging (like
resource id's etc).

Python bindings to the OpenStack Sahara API

This is a client for the OpenStack Sahara API. There's a Python API (the saharaclient module), and a command-line script (sahara). Each implements the OpenStack Sahara API. You can find documentation for both Python bindings and CLI in Docs.

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the developer guide.
