'pip install -U' ugrades specified packages, this is not necessary since we use constraints, remove the parameter '-U' from the line. With tools/tox_install.sh - which a previous change of mine removed - the -U was not harmful, but with the current set up, it might cause upgrades, so remove it. Python bindings to the OpenStack Sahara API
This is a client for the OpenStack Sahara API. There's a Python API
(the saharaclient module), and a command-line script
(sahara). Each implements the OpenStack Sahara API. You can
find documentation for both Python bindings and CLI in Docs.
Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the developer guide.
