Detailed changelog:
 - Make use of heatclient for template/environment/file processing;
 - Added format_parameters() function to process command line
   parameters;
 - Added get_spec_content() function to load a YAML spec file;
 - Added process_stack_spec() for the sake of processing Heat stack
   profile
