Correct doc string for http_conn argument
Previous doc string describes "http_conn" for a bunch of functions as "HTTPConnection object" but it is actually "a tuple of (parsed_url, HTTPConnection object)" so now this patch correct the mis-consistency. Change-Id: I6ff90a941e6df6a1b3b5dc74fd5f4262654c9f0a
