Update the URL to the upper-constraints file to point to the redirect rule on releases.openstack.org so that anyone working on this branch will switch to the correct upper-constraints list automatically when the requirements repository branches. Until the requirements repository has as stable/2025.1 branch, tests will continue to use the upper-constraints list on master. Change-Id: I4bc298ec5c5c4996b6c79e1d7533c40b36e8cee3

Python bindings to the OpenStack Object Storage API
This is a python client for the Swift API. There's a Python API (the
swiftclient module), and a command-line script
(swift).
Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the OpenStack wiki.
This code is based on the original client previously included with OpenStack's Swift. The python-swiftclient is licensed under the Apache License like the rest of OpenStack.
