zheng yin a9f21662df remove swiftclient/openstack/common/* in the .coveragerc ...

There is no swiftclient/openstack/common/* in python-swiftclient.
Therefore, I remove "omit=swiftclient/openstack/common/*"
in the .coveragerc.
