Alistair Coles e41158d79e Make tempurl subcommand insist on whole number seconds

Previously the tempurl subcommand would dump a traceback
due to a TypeError if the seconds option was not an int
value. With this patch it will now return the same
error message as if the seconds option were negative or not
a number.

Also changes the error message to state that the seconds
option should be a "whole number" rather than a "positive
integer", since 0 is a valid value.

Python bindings to the OpenStack Object Storage API

This is a python client for the Swift API. There's a Python API (the swiftclient module), and a command-line script (swift).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the OpenStack wiki.

This code is based on the original client previously included with OpenStack's Swift The python-swiftclient is licensed under the Apache License like the rest of OpenStack.
