Tim Burke dab0e5e55b Rip out SERVICENET support ...

It's weird to have such a provider-specific feature, particularly when
there are other reasonable workarounds:

  * As a client, you can specify your own storage URL.
  * As a provider, you can have a separate auth endpoint that only hands
    out internal urls.
