Pradeep Kilambi 65dd3cb043 Add support to generate a sample undercloud.conf 
This is needed to kick off undercloud install with
--use-heat option. This includes new config options
to configure containerized undercloud along with
existing instack options.

tripleoclient

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
