Bogdan Dobrelya 9254f8b894 Configure heat DnsServers for undercloud install ...

The netconfig option dns_servers is defined from
DnsServers in t-h-t's net-config-undercloud.yaml.

Add missing configuration for the client as well, which
bounds nameservers defined in undercloud.conf's
undercloud_nameservers to the corresponding
DnsServers heat parameter.
