Harald Jensås ab31ba6073 overcloud node extract add network info ...

Extend the command which extract overcloud node
information to also include network information.

The command now requires the --roles-file used
when deploying the overcloud to be passed because
this is the source for these options:
 * default_route_networks
 * networks_skip_config
