Sagi Shnaidman f7e4cdaa63 Add --reproduce-command option for tripleo deploy 
While using tripleo deploy command we need sometimes to save
reproducer script for issues investigation. Add option to enable
it '--reprocuce-command'.

About tripleoclient

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
