Add file to the reno documentation build to show release notes for stable/2025.1. Use pbr instruction to increment the minor version number automatically so that master versions are higher than the versions on stable/2025.1. Sem-Ver: feature Change-Id: Ib2d17756079b60e251b83c99550460b9aa8cf881
Python bindings to the OpenStack Trove API
This is a client for the OpenStack Trove API. There's a Python API
(the troveclient module), and a command-line script
(trove). Each implements 100% of the OpenStack Trove
API.

documentation.
