Paul Belanger 1a8edfece7 Make sure we don't have a stale package cache ...

We need to make sure ubuntu-trusty doesn't have a stale packaging
cache because diskimage-builder uses ubuntu mirrors and jenkins jobs
switch to a local AFS mirror.
