Add helpful links for Pike PTG/summit

We can't fill out the entire Pike schedule yet, but add information
and links to the Pike PTG and Summit pages, modeled after the
entries in the Ocata schedule page, so that if a hapless Google
searcher stumbles upon this, they aren't misled into thinking the
Pike PTG is still TBD.
