This is the Stein milestone-2 release for python-glanceclient to
release merged commits since the last release.

The Cyborg PTL and myself should have write/merge permissions for
patches submitted to these feature branches.
The purpose of these branches is to develop a prototype to show how
Nova can call into Cyborg.

Rarely-released QA cycle-independent deliverables never had their
release history imported. This should be done so that they do not
show up in governance/release gap analysis.
Note that we skip the erroneous "v0.0.4" tag for karma-subunit-reporter
and will issue a fresh 0.0.5 in another review to clear up any
confusion.

There's no need for full debug logging from reno in list-changes. Set
the logger level to warning so the report is easier to parse.

The openstack-dev mailing list is closed, so we should set reply-to
headers and other settings related to mailing lists to use the new
discuss list instead.

I misunderstood bnemec's statements, apparently those two don't
do releases anymore:
"Both the zmq and pika drivers have been removed from
oslo.messaging so those two repos can actually be retired
once we no longer ci releases that contain the drivers.
In the meantime there isn't any need to branch them since
there isn't any development going on."
