Jean-Philippe Evrard d9f86aff23 Branch roles that were added during stein cycle ...

The file deliverables/stein/openstack-ansible-roles.yaml was
produced at the beginning of the stein cycle, but OpenStack-Ansible
added roles into governance during the stein cycle.

Because those roles were not part of this deliverable file at
branching time, the new roles were not branched.

This should fix it.
