David Lyle 427b527cce Release 2.0.0 of django_openstack_auth ...

Bumping to 2.0.0 due to missed major bump for python 2.6 drop in
1.3.0 -> 1.4.0

This release has a critical bug fix for Liberty around log in issues
when using Django 1.8. Additionally, WebSSO support has been
improved.
