Sean McGinnis 4c079ee84f Release python-cinderclient 1.5.0 ...

There have been several bug fixes to the cinder client
as well as the addition of commands for working with
v2 replication. We would like to get the replication
support out there to help as more vendors implement
support in their backend drivers.
