Lucas Alvares Gomes 53fd991f8d Release virtualbmc 1.0.0 ...

VirtualBMC is now being used in serveral places including the Ironic
gate (and related projects) and RDO CI, so I think it's time for a
1.0.0 release!

Note that the YAML file name had a typo in it, so this patch is fixing
that too.
