Dr. Jens Harbott 9b639731eb Drop V+W from _CLOSED_SERIES set ...

We actually do need validation of tags being pushed for series that are
in the extended maintenance or now "Unmaintained" state in order to
avoid wrong hashes or duplicate tags being applied.
