This release contains bug fixes for:

  * [OSSA-2019-004] Ageing time of 0 disables linuxbridge MAC learning
    (CVE-2019-15753) (bug 1837252)
  * In OVS hybrid, avoid "qbr" from replying ARP packets if the IP is
    local in the system (bug 1825888)
