Monty Taylor c55aa52462 Release 1.1.0 of keystoneauth ...

The shade gate is broken pending a release of a bugfix in keystoneauth.
The bugfix in question relates to referring to a class by an incorrect
name. The other patches in the tree are either similar small fixes or
moving around of files in the test tree.
