Rodolfo Alonso Hernandez 0284f5ec98 Block amqp==5.0.4 and bump upper version to 5.0.5 
There is a reported error in amqp==5.0.4:
https://github.com/celery/py-amqp/issues/351

Version 5.0.5 should fix it.
