Tim Burke 5eb677fe50 Bump up probe test timeout ...

There's been a roughly 5x increase in timeouts in the last three months,
which was itself about a 10x increase from the three months prior. Let's
get timeouts to be the exception, not the norm.

FWIW, some stats over the past two and a half years:
