Koichi Edagawa 81dca79807 Support handling large query results by ETSI NFV 
This patch provides supporting handling large query results in a
response of target APIs.
The features to be added are like the following.

 - Paging query results according to ETSI NFV SOL013
 - Fetching entire records forcibly

Implements: blueprint paging-query-result
