Fixes a typo and adds proper captilization
This patch fixes a typo in the last paragraph of the README file. Also this file would sometimes use a capital T for Tempest and sometimes not. This patch uniformly does capitalization across the file. Change-Id: I8461e01de374ad487ed7f4af6beb35db921064d7
