Specify snapshot size when creating volume
To avoid volume creation failures due to the default size being insuficient, specify the snapshot size when creating a volume from a snapshot. Closes-Bug: #1645816 Change-Id: Ib609bac7ab331a7ddf90e3d9147547658ec1b0f7
