Use tricircle cli instead of curl command

1. What is the problem
Tricircle cli has been implemented and can be used instead of curl,
it's more user friendly and convenient.

2. What is the solution for the problem
Update curl command with tricircle cli.

3. What the features need to be implemented to the
tricircle to realize the solution
