Cédric Jeanneret 80106333b0 New parameters in order to set how we want to redirect logs 
Introduce per-role "_redirect" parameter, as well as a global
"tripleo_log_redirect" one.

This allows to replace the "brutal" '>' by a |tee or whatever we want.
In order to avoid resource consumption, it defaults to '>'.
