Luca Miccini 59335cc483 Allow deployment of Undercloud (VM) without direct access to the underlying virthost.

This commit adds a playbook (based on baremetal-undercloud) calling
a generic baremetal provisioning script to deploy a Undercloud VM.
Such script should return when the Undercloud VM is accessible via ssh.
Afterwards the playbook resumes the expected workflow of inventory generation,
repositories setup etc.
