Q.hongtao e7c29bde34 Update networkx version in PY2 
When networkx<=2.1 and short snapshots_interval (for example 60s),
the error "NetworkXError: SubGraph Views are readonly. Mutations
not allowed" is very easy to occur when applying complex template
scenarios.

The OpenStack RCA Service

Vitrage is the OpenStack RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Service for organizing, analyzing and expanding OpenStack alarms & events, yielding insights regarding the root cause of problems and deducing the existence of problems before they are directly detected.
