Dan Bode ebf414e986 set compute2 to use 8GB RAM ...

this is for the tempest tests. they tend to
spin up/down VMS really quickly, and I have seen failures
where the compute VM thinks its out of RAM.

I suspect that increasing the RAM used for the test compute
host will resolve the issue.
