Disable huge pages in harbor-database
Harbor database fails with the error 'bus error 7' if there is some issue with the page allocation. This review disables the huge pages (config entry huge_pages = off) by applying a patch Test Plan: PASS: AIO-SX app upload/apply/remove/delete PASS: AIO-SX Verify if huge_pages is off in harbor-database-0 pod PASS: AIO-SX verify if harbor login page is accessibe and 'admin' user is able to login to harbor registry Story: 2010721 Task: 50600 Change-Id: I4ffa03b4cc306babc2b00d3feccf2dd603af388c Signed-off-by: Jagatguru Prasad Mishra <jagatguruprasad.mishra@windriver.com>

Subject: [PATCH 1/1] disable huge pages
In this patch a config map is created with all the default values of postgresql.conf.sample
taken from /usr/pgsql/13/share/postgresql location of the container
started from the image goharbor/harbor-db:v2.8.0 and setting 'huge_pages = off'.
This is mounted at /usr/pgsql/13/share/postgresql/postgresql.conf.sample
so that postgress initdb disables the huge pages.
