Kristal Dale 66b226f3f6 Improve readability of install guides R2 
- Organize major sections of guides into pages
- Set up includes for shared content between bare metal guides, virtual guides
- Set up txt files to reuse common deployment definitions
- Add in necessary intro sentences for consistency between pages
- Add 'Next steps' section after Kubernetes install
- Add in index pages where needed for better readability/grouping of content
