This change adds auto-refresh feature
on alarms and events tables.

TEST PLAN:
[PASS] Build, install
[PASS] Check if Admin/Fault Management/Active Alarms/
-> Active Alarms Table is updating automatically
[PASS] Check if Admin/Fault Management/Events/
-> Events Table is updating automatically
