Andre Fernando Zanella Kantek 4af013e038 Debian: install pf-bb-config package in the ISO 
For pf-bb-config it corrects the deployment in the iso.

Test Plan:
PASS  build Debian ISO
PASS  install AIO-SX Debian ISO
PASS  check presence of package pf-bb-config
PASS  check that the content of package is installed
