The compute personality & subfunction has been changed to worker, and compute_reserved.conf has been rename to worker_reserved.conf. Compute configuration flags have been updated to worker flags. This update changes misc dependencies to compute personality, compute_reserved.conf and configuration flag files. It aslo removed puppet-nova dependencies to compute_reserved.conf.
