The Open Programmable Acceleration Engine (OPAE) tools, and its required dependencies, are introduced on the stx-debian-tools-dev container, for the vRAN enablement with Intel hardware. The OPAE tools are delivered by means of the following packages, which are extracted from a single ZIP file, but handled as individual source packages.
