Be more specific when selecting source rpms for builddep

When building binary rpms (in build action), due to not specific enough
globbing, yum-builddep was run with all the files in corresponding
source repository directory, including 'repodata' directory if there was
one.

To fix that, we use more specific glob in binary.mk template.
