Adjust some of the documenation to better reflect reality. - Reflect how prepare stage builds a source RPM repo and the building stage builds a binary RPM repo. - Restructure to better show the architecture page in the initial table of contents instead of hidden under the developer section. - Adjust line length to be in the < 80 restriction just for ease of reading and editing... - Adjust some of the links...
