Sai Sindhur Malleni 418c46bb54 Add neutron trunk port scenario 
Review Ica1f0a7acd521f860cebd2f92fa4dfafa90b45a2 added trunk port
testing to rally. This patch needs service_plugins = trunk in
neutron.conf on controller, for trunks to work.
