Darragh Bailey 246439b757 Refactor import command tests to use scenarios ...

Move import command tests to use scenarios to build the trees and
consolidate the additional test code as much as possible to a single
function.

Using yaml to describe the trees results in easier to read test cases,
which by following the existing format for other tests allows for
consistency throughout the unit tests.
