This patch added the code of specific RSD plugin in OSC, which allow user to issue node composition command through OSC, like 'openstack rsd compose --rsd-url "https://localhost:8442/redfish/v1/" --rsd-username "admin" --rsd-password "admin" --rsd-disable-verify --name "Fake-Name" ' Note: for node composition command, it only support "name" parameter now.
