Rename "OpenStack Others" project type to "Others"

Per http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-dev/2016-January/083566.html only projects from governance list can be associated with OpenStack. Change-Id: Ic448f8d836580bf01896ec068bea6c06d5a9a940
