Code Reviews with Gerrit

Stackalytics uses the Gerrit tool to review proposed code changes. The review site is https://review.opendev.org.

Gerrit is a complete replacement for GitHub pull requests. All GitHub pull requests to the Stackalytics repository will be ignored.
