Federico Ressi b4656b54c7 Update SSH client integration 
- Add password to [ssh] tobiko.conf parameters.
- Add pkey to SSHClient connect parameters
- Allow to provide connect SSHClient connect parameters in
  ssh_client function
- Update ExectuteTest case
